The staff at head office were always polite, friendly and helpful. Ollie and his crew who actually carried out the work were hard working and very professional and friendly. They were worth every tea, coffee and cold drink we gave them. If you have any type of subsidence give them a call and have a chat. Their service and costs were way beyond other services we contacted. We have also just received a goody pack containing a mug, tea, coffee, biscuit, sweeties and a replica toy of one of their trucks. Great service from the moment I made contact to after the work was complete. Such knowledgeable and friendly team of people from all the Engineers to the Customer Care Team. The work was completed on time and they left the place spotless. Would definitely recommend.

From the first phone call through the site survey, the actual work and the delivery of the completion documents everyone at Subsidence Ltd has been friendly, helpful, professional and respectful of our property. What is there to say about this company except how brilliant they are. From first contact to completion every member of the team we dealt with was courteous, friendly and above all professional. Communication was excellent and records of work done detailed. Just what we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this sort or remedial work done.
What a great and professional company! From my initial query all the way to the treatment, their communication was great and very efficient. Surveyor was sent within a week and he was a great, friendly guy. The treatment then was done within the next week as they managed to fit us in very promptly. The guys who did the treatment were very polite and hard working, super tidy and professional- could have not asked for a better service. I shopped around and Subsidence LTD definitely offer the most competitive price and I could not recommend them enough. More over, not only did they stabilise our foundation, they also managed to find the root cause for our subsidence issue so I’m hopeful we won’t be having any problems in the future. Thank you guys!
