Detailed On-Site Visit: During the site visit, we may conduct various surveys, including a drain survey, ground penetration test, and a 3-D video survey of your house. These help us create a precise quotation and a visual treatment plan tailored for you.

Clear Quotation: You’ll receive a detailed quotation, including a treatment plan and general conditions for you to review and sign.

Scheduling the Work: Once you sign the general conditions, we’ll coordinate with you to find the best dates to carry out the work.

Getting Started: Before the work begins, you’ll be introduced to the engineers assigned to your job and receive a partial invoice for the initial phase of the work.

10 Year Warranty Upon Completion

Completion of Work: Our engineers will guide you through the process at the start and end of the work. You’ll be informed about what has been done and the next steps.

Final Touches: After the work, we’ll provide you with a pack detailing how to address any remaining visual cracks and the final steps you need to take.

Final Payment: Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, the remainder of the invoice is payable, and then we issue you with a 10-year warranty for the work.
