A traditional underpinning job sends roughly fifteen tonnes of spoil to landfill and pours half a flatbed of fresh concrete to fill the hole. Our resin treatment skips both. We're not pretending that makes us a green company — but it does make the maths better, and that's worth being honest about.
Approach
<p>Compared with traditional underpinning, resin injection eliminates around 95% of the spoil, concrete and steel typically removed from site. We measure and report on this saving for every commercial project.</p>
Materials
<p>All our materials are UK‑sourced to reduce our carbon footprint, and we recycle as much of our waste as possible — including the cut‑off steels and drums. Our polyurethane rigid foam material is inert once in the ground.</p>
Transport
<p>We operate a hub process where local teams run out of our two depots to reduce the mileage of our vehicles and the resulting carbon output.</p>
