A traditional underpinning job sends roughly fifteen tonnes of spoil to landfill and pours half a flatbed of fresh concrete to fill the hole. Our resin treatment skips both. We're not pretending that makes us a green company — but it does make the maths better, and that's worth being honest about.
Approach
Compared with traditional underpinning, resin injection eliminates around 95% of the spoil, concrete and steel typically removed from site. We measure and report on this saving for every commercial project.
Materials
All our materials are UK‑sourced to reduce our carbon footprint, and we recycle as much of our waste as possible — including the cut‑off steels and drums. Our polyurethane rigid foam material is inert once in the ground.
Transport
We operate a hub process where local teams run out of our two depots to reduce the mileage of our vehicles and the resulting carbon output.
