Statement of intent

Method statements
<p>Every project is preceded by a site‑specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) signed by the project lead. Operatives are briefed before any works commence.</p>
Training & competence
<p>All operatives hold a current CSCS card, manual handling certification and asbestos awareness training. Resin injection operatives carry an additional manufacturer‑accredited qualification.</p>
Review
<p>This policy is reviewed annually by the company directors and after any reportable incident, with the latest version published on this page.</p>
