Subsidence repair is one of those jobs where the work is invisible once it's done — there's no shiny new kitchen to look at, just a house that stopped moving. Which means quality assurance isn't a flourish for us; it's the entire product. Here is how we make sure we got it right.
Commitment
Subsidence Ltd is committed to delivering repair works that meet or exceed the engineering requirements set out by BRE and the relevant British Standards for ground stabilisation. Every project is signed off by a competent structural engineer.
Materials
All resin used on site is UK sourced, batch‑traceable, and supplied with a current technical data sheet. Storage, handling and disposal follow the manufacturer's published instructions.
Monitoring
Every project begins with a baseline laser level survey and concludes with a post‑works survey to verify movement has ceased. Records are retained for ten years to support the warranty.
Continuous improvement
Customer feedback, near‑miss reports and post‑works reviews are tracked monthly. Where a trend emerges, training and method statements are updated company‑wide within thirty days.
