Should there be any indication of material degradation or contraction within the span of the 10-year warranty, Subsidence Ltd obligates itself to administer additional treatment at the same site, incurring no expense to the customer.
The determination of whether there has been a degradation or contraction of materials within the treated zone will be made by an impartial structural engineer, ensuring an objective evaluation.
